Obsessing Over Faber Castell PITT Artist Pens

I am starting my pen addiction reviews with the one and only Faber Castel Artist PITT Pens. I don’t know what I’d do without the Faber Castell Artist Pens, I use them for everything. I use them in my Bullet Journal and also for my artwork. They are really versatile and they don’t bleed and never smudge. I hate it when you draw a doodle that you love and accidentally put your hand over it and its smudged. I have had that stomach-wrenching moment with the Faber Castell Pens and that has NEVER happened- relief. They are well made and they have never broken- they have only run out of ink where I use them too much because I’m IN LOVE with them.

Review: Faber Castel Artist Pitt Pens

These pens are so versatile and can be used for a range of different things as they come in different sizes. They come in different sized packs so there will be a price range that you will be able to afford. I like to buy the six pens in the pack because there is a range of different sizes and shapes of the pens.

Pen Sizes

This is their smallest tip in the pack; this can be good for writing or creating small details with any doodles that you’d like to draw. These are fantastic when creating patterns especially in the mood mandalas or if you like drawing little doodles.

I think this pen is so useful to write all your to-do lists with these as the tip is small but not too small that it feels flimsy. They are also useful for drawing and doing small calligraphy with too.

These are also great for writing those to do list with and they are slightly thicker than the small ones, so they are not as flimsy again.

This has a fatter tip on the pen compared to the others I normally use this to do the outline of any handwriting I want to do, or for the doodles that I am drawing.

A calligraphy pen, which is a rectangle, pointed shape so that you can make thick and thinner lines when you are doing your handwriting.

This is a brush pen which is really useful to have especially if you want to try some calligraphy. Although, I do need to confess that this is mainly used to fill in any large spaces that I need to be black because it is fatter and won’t take as long as doing it with the other sizes.

These are so varied they can be used for all sorts of things which is why I think they are a vital essential for any bullet journal enthusiast, as well as an artist. I don’t know what I would do without these pens as I use them for everything. I love how black they are too which makes any drawing or hand lettering stand out in the sketchbook or notebook that you are creating in.  I have also bought the Faber Castell Ecco Pigment Pens which are even finer than the Pitt Pens so that I can put even more detail on the drawings that I produce because I am trying to increase the amount of artwork that I do.
