Start Watching These Feel-Good Christmas Films

#1 The Grinch

About the grinch who wants to destroy Christmas for all the who's with the help of his dog Max, they make everything Christmassy disappear- this is one of those films that is watched every year without fail because it is loved by everyone in my family!

#2 Elf

Is about a human that was brought up in the North Pole, who gets told about how he was adopted by the elves, he then goes to New York to try and find his biological father, who turns out to be on the naughty list- this film is also one of my favourites because it is watched every year. It makes you laugh, it has Christmassy songs and it has that feel good factor that makes you smile and gets you in the Christmassy mood.

#3 Arthur Christmas

About Arthur who tries to give out a present to a girl who has sent Santa a letter asking if he is real, but her present gets left behind, can Arthur get it to her before the sun comes up?- this is a new favourite as I have only watched it this year, and I feel I have missed out, this film is so cute and definitely will be watched next year.

#4 Miracle At 34th Street

About a family who do not believe in Santa Clause, after Mr Kringle goes to jail, can the belief of Santa clause be restored?- this is such a cute film also, I love this film and it's one that is always repeated on TV which I love! It reminds you that it's important to believe in the things you want to believe in.

#5 The Santa Clause

When Scott accidentally kills a man in a Santa suit, he reluctantly discovers that he will now be the new Santa Claus. It is so festive and funny and I remember watching it when I was a child so it brings back all the good memories. This is another film I watch every year, it now has films 2&3 too but the first one is still my favourite.

#6 The Holiday

When a recently single woman contacts another single woman to have a house swap over Christmas, will they find what they are looking for?- who doesn't like a film with Cameron Diaz and Jude Law, it's a little bit cheesy but I love cheese!

#7 Love Actually

Looks at different families around Christmas time, my ultimate favourite storyline is between the boy and the father when they have recently lost their mum but the boy has fallen in love with a girl at his school- such a cute film, a must watch every year!

#8 Jack Frost

When a dad dies and magically turns into a snowman, the little boy and the snowman has many fun days together throwing snowballs at bullies and just being the father and son that they didn't get the chance to be when he was alive- this film is so heartwarming and sad at the same time. Defiantly a must watch but you may need to pack some tissues.

#9 The Snowman

Weโ€™re walking in the aiiiiiiiiiiiiiir- this is such a cute animation film of a flying snowman, they have also made another one called the snow dog which is also just as cute as this one. I love the song, it's probably my favourite part of the whole little film.

# 10 Any Disney film

I always bring out the Disney films at Christmas- frozen is probably the closest as it's winter- although they aren't specifically Christmas films, I have been watching them ever since I was a child and it brings back happy memories. And what better time to reminisce about the good ol' days then at Christmas when all your family are around to enjoy it with you.
