The main thing that has happened this month is that I have given up all my social media pages for a month. I tried to do this a couple months ago and failed miserably, so as part of scroll free September (started by a health charity) has made a scheme for people to sign out of their social media profiles for a whole month to improve your mental health.

What I Have Learnt About My Blog/Social Media From Looking At The Stats

This week I have been looking at my blogging statistics on my google analytics and been writing down my page views I get for the whole month and what I get on specific days. anuary was the month that I got a massive boost in my traffic thanks to one of my pins on Pinterest getting 2k repins (that is never going to happen again). To this day I don’t know what I did to deserve that so I’m just considering that as a fluke. I have also have been look Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter statistics to see where to improve on next.

Challenges Every Blogger Faces

As a blogger there will be times that are challenging and every blogger will face these at one point or another, I am still struggling (probably with all of them) now because it is a forever cycle that seems to just play on your mind. I have had my fair share of challenges when I first started out blogging and I still have some now. I think it is important not to sugar coat blogging too much because it takes a lot of hard work to make a blog successful and lots of people outside of blogging don’t always understand this.
