Do you have a way that you de-stress after a week at work? Well, my way is through art. I think it is important to have something to distress yourself; life can get busy and sometimes a bubble bath isn’t enough to relieve those negative feelings.
I have explored many places in London since I have lived here for nearly 2 years. I have enjoyed every minute of it, the easiness of getting into the city and the atmosphere is always buzzing. I am so glad I took this opportunity when I did because I have grown in confidence and know that I can support and live by myself.

I started yoga before Christmas last year and it was the best decision that I have ever made. If you’re new to exercise and just want to ease yourself into it because it just doesn’t feel like you’re doing exercise, then after you definitely know that you have had a bit of a workout.
Being productive can be hard, especially when you have a million and one things to do. I always s feel that when I have so much I need to get done I end procrastinating because I just don’t know where to start. I have found a few ways that I work best and I know that it is important to have successful days where I finish my to-do lists.
People have asked me how I keep up with the bullet journal and believe me I have had months where I don’t even look at it because I haven’t needed to. But that is the beauty of this system you can come back to it at any point.
